Family with children Escape Gone Wrong
The front desk staff was nice but when issues arose, it was like hitting a brick wall. I was really looking forward to a family night out with my daughter, only to find the pool closed when we returned after our little shopping spree.
It wasn't cheap, but still acceptable considering the situation.
